The one known as Madara is very smart. i think that THE Madara wouldn't settle for anything less than the EMS. which would be ...Sasuke! We see he has no problem taking the eyes form the skull of his Once comrade Pein. What do u think he will do to Sasuke?
But my thing is, why just one? why not BOTH of Pein's eyes? i think he will let sasuke fight Naruto with EMS then take his eyes no matter how it ends. HE may actually want to place Nagato's eyes within Naruto JUST to make the fight "even". he has 3 obsessions:
1. Moon's eye plan(i think that's a ruse)
2. Sasuke and Naruto battle
3. EMS
NOT once did he say i want those eyes referring to Rinnegan. BUT he has bee trying to push Sasuke to where he NEEDED to have the EMS to be able to see. Now why would he do that? hmmm i mean granted he didn't expect Nagato to die BUT he adjusted and took his eye, but i think he did that because he lost his eye vs. Konan.
He may wanted them JUST to read the tablet.
Anyway Tobdara has/had a plan that he has adjusted various times.
He wants all Bijuu, was doing great UNTIL Sasuke fukked up w/ Bee.
He doesn't have to WAIT to capture Naruto, he has to wait to extract the fox until AFTER he extracts the Bullopus(whatever it is). he combined forces with Kabuto BUT now that he knows how to use the tech, will he actually KEEP Kabuto around? Why would he Kabuto already enhanced the Aloe Vera battalion. what MORE could Madara use him for?
This whole war thing is ONLY to distract them from his main goal. To make Sasuke and Naruto fight and once and for all see who is better Senju/Uzumaki or Uchiha and to become the ruler of the Ninja world.

First of all, even though he knows how to use the technique, this doesn't mean that A) He can control it and B) That's his fighting style. He said himself that every jutsu has a drawback, so obviously he's waiting to see how Kabuto fucks up. On top of it all, where is he really going to find the 'Blueprint' for all those resurrections he's going to want to do? Regardless he's not going to use that tech though.
About the whole Rinnegan/EMS thing, he's been shown to have an obsession with eyes from the very beginning. The very fact that he said 'I should collect the Rinnegan for the war' goes to show that he was planning on using Nagato's eyes from the get-go, not just after Konan forced him to use Izanagi.
Why would he really give Naruto the powers of Uchiha to 'make things interesting' if he's trying to prove Uchiha is superior than Senju? That's like saying the Miami Heat is superior to the Boston Celtics, but then the Celtics borrow Lebron James?
Also, I don't see how he's ever adjusted his plan. Sure, he's had countermeasures to fall upon in case something tragic happens (Like Nagato dying), but from the time he met up with Kisame his plan has been the Moon's Eye Plan.

his plan was made before naruto was even born, so bulls to his obsession about naruto and sasuke's fight.
