Ichigo has his wtf face since he has no clue as to how Zangetsu is attacking him or he can't even follow Zangetus movement.
Zangetsu: Can't you see Ichigo your own world? The world you gave birth to, the world you belong, yet is the world you deserted and for what? (pointing at Ichigo's zanpakutÅ) This!
Ichigo: (shouting) This is the bankai you teached me!
Zangetsu: Did I teach you that or is that the form of your true ignorance. Don't you see the power I hold?
Ichigo sees the distance between Zangetsu and himself is wide again and from far Zangetsu makes a slashing motion which cuts Ichigo again yet Zangetsu wasn't even near him.
What was this crazy power!!
Zangetsu starts walking towards Ichigo and closes the distance in a blink of an eye and looking disappointed.
Zangetsu: I really hoped one day you would accept yourself (as in see who Zangetsu really was)? But if that isn't going to happen then it is better that you die Ichigo.
Zangetsu make a final slashing motion as if he is going to chop Ichigo's head off.

The attacked is blocked with bare hands by Hichigo.
Hichigo: But you do know I can't actually allow you to do that, don't you Zangetsu-san? Yet I can't see what this (Ichigo) can't see either (mentioning that he can't see the weapon Zangetsu is wielding).
Ichigo sees Hichigo in a long time.
